Jesus Reigns Ministries (JRM) – Sison, Pangasinan started on December 4, 2019 when Rev. Dr. Nel B. Taopo, Regional Supervisor, gathered around 12 believers to initiate a Prayer Meeting held at Tabajonda's Residence, Hillside, Paldit, Sison, Pangasinan. After almost three months of praying, the mission outreach officially opened on February 23, 2020 with the full support of our brethren from different JRM La Union Outreaches.

Advancing to another milestone, the first Sunday Worship Service was held at St. Benedict Homes, Asan Sur, Sison, Pangasinan on March 2, 2020. Unfortunately, the mission church was challenged when the COVID-19 pandemic came and all were in total lockdown for almost three (3) months, and online services were the only option. Circumstances also changed, and the church needed to move to another location, but God sent them to worship at Serran Building, MacArthur Highway, Purok 1, Paldit, Sison, Pangasinan. This became the new location of worship services, fellowships, prayer meetings, and anniversaries up to the date of this writing.

God, who is the Good Shepherd of this church, with His great love and rich mercy, favored JRM-Sison so much and established the works of His servants that paved the way for its recognition on March 5, 2023, and declared as one of the JRM Provincial Mission Outreaches in the Philippines with the church declaration number 2023-0085.

Hence, the reborn of JRM Sison, Pangasinan Outreach.
